Cataract surgery of 51 patients completed
Free eye screening camps were conducted at Bijulpura and Pramennagar, Bardibas 6, Mahottari on the 21st. Out of 331 eye examination conducted at the 2 places, 62 were found to be cataract patients and after various tests, 51 were surgery on at Hetauda Community Eye Hospital.
Rotarians and Retractors participated significantly in the surgery, which was conducted with the technical support of Hetauda Community Eye Hospital (Tilgankha Eye Program). Rotary Club of Hetauda managed the food, accommodation, transportation to Hetauda, and all expenses of the surgery for all the patients who needed it.
